For police motorcycle ComKits

  • the Setcom product number(s) affixed to the product(s) as well as a copy of the invoice or packing list;
  • the make and model of the motorcycle;
  • the make and model of the radio(s) to which you're interfacing;
  • a summary of any modifications made to the product in the field (ie if the product was converted to work with a radio other than the one with which it was designed to work).
For Intercom Systems
  • the Setcom product number(s) affixed to the product(s) as well as a copy of the invoice or packing list;
  • a copy of the system diagram supplied with the system;
  • the make and model of the radio(s) to which you're interfacing;
  • if the radio has a remote control head, the make and model of the control head;
  • a summary of any modifications made to the product in the field (ie if the product was converted to work with a radio other than the one with which it was designed to work).
For other products
  • the Setcom product number(s) affixed to the product(s) as well as a copy of the invoice or packing list;
  • the make and model of the radio(s) to which you're interfacing;
